Filter of transactions Follow

Hi Yoco Team,

in the business portal under sales and refunds > history can one only filter transactions that was done using card, cash, refunds and free. I would also like to filter the custom payments which in our case is Snapscan and Zapper. Hope this makes sense! Thank you in advance.

    Thanks for the question. That's odd. If you can see those custom payment methods in your Sales Reports, you should be able to filter them from the drop-down menu on your transaction history screen. I'm going to check on this for you with our Product Team. I'll post an update here as soon as I have news.

    I've just heard from our Product Team. Unfortunately, this is currently by design, meaning that we don't have the ability to filter custom payments from your History screen yet. It is on the radar though.

    Can I suggest that you post something in our new Feature Request section? Other customers can then upvote your request, and it definitely has an influence on how we prioritise features.
