I've tried all options, thinking maybe sales will answer because there may be new business when unable to get an answer from support, despite holding on for a long time.
My device has failed with a ** SYSTEM TAMPERED ** message. It was not dropped, tampered with or anything else.
No answer from support! This is not how we run a business and now I don't have my very expensive device available.
I want a refund and to return this device due to the total disregard you show me as a customer of yours and the total zero answer from support when called during support hours! You should be offering a 24/7 support in my opinion!
