[New release] Update your bank details for payouts


You can easily add or edit your banking details at any time, via the Yoco App or the Yoco Business Portal.

If you signed up as a Sole Proprietor


      1. When logged into your Business Portal, select Business Settings from the menu and select Bank Details. Select Edit details. 
      2. Select the relevant option from the pop-up followed by Next:87ffe244-28bf-416f-ba01-d8d8b998c2a7__1_.png
      3. If you have selected "My personal bank details have changed", enter your new bank account number, banking institution and account type and click Submit. d6a14614-3f7c-4597-8a7e-8437fdae83b1.png

Thats it! Your new bank details have been submitted. This will take 24-48 hours to be approved. You can continue to take payments, but will only be paid out once your new bank account has been approved.

If you have selected I've got a business bank account now or I've taken over (or sold) this business, you will be directed to please contact our support team who will assist you on support@yoco.com or 087 550 9626.

If you signed up as a Registered Company


      1. When logged into your Business Portal, select Business Settings from the menu and select Bank Details. Select Edit details. 
      2. Select the relevant option from the pop-up followed by Next:a1021c83-8f43-4772-920f-ccf02eb1d781.png
      3. If you have selected "The business bank details have changed", enter your new bank account number, banking institution and account type and click Submit.
      4. Should our system not be able to verify your bank account using the details you entered, you will be asked to upload a bank statement which you will be able to do directly from the portal or app. 

Thats it! Your new bank details have been submitted. This will take 24-48 hours to be approved. You can continue to take payments, but will only be paid out once your new bank account has been approved.

If you have selected We've got a business bank account now, I want to use a director's personal bank account, We want to use a directors personal bank account or A director is leaving, we want to use another director's personal bank account, you will be directed to please contact our support team who will assist you on support@yoco.com or 087 550 9626. (Please have the directors ID documents, board of resolution document as well as a bank statement of the new account ready)
