Purchase an additional card machine

You can have as many card machines linked to your business profile as you like. In fact, many of our merchants who employ several staff members or have lots of branches do just that! You can also purchase a mixture of different Yoco machines, according to what suits your business best.

Using the Business Portal

  1. To buy and link any other card machine to your business profile, simply log into your Yoco Business Portal
  2. On the left hand side of the screen, you will see a panel of options, like Dashboard, Sales and Refunds etc. 
  3. Find and click on Buy Card Machines, where you will be able to select which new machine you’d like to purchase and add to your profile (automatically). 

It’s as quick and easy as that! Our couriers will then arrange delivery to your door within 2-3 days, at no extra cost.

Going to a store

Should you need to get the card machine sooner than 2-3 days, you could also purchase from the following stores: Cellucity, Hi Stores, Incredible Connection, and Takealot. Please contact your nearest store before making the trip, as independent supply may be limited and pricing of specials may vary.

  Please Note: Once you’ve purchased your new card machine, you’ll need to contact our Support Team so it can be linked to your profile and account. You can do this on our Live Chat directly from the Yoco App, the Business Portal, our website or help centre.
