How to send a receipt to your customer

Once you've made your sale via the SELL screen, sending your customer a digital receipt via email or mobile number is easy. Here's how:

  FIND OUT how to make a sale on the Point of Sale app.

Yoco App  Business Portal 

  1. Once you've processed your sale, on the last payment status pop-up, select Send receipt.

  2. Send your customer a digital receipt by either entering their email address, or their mobile number


    ...or by entering their mobile number. 

  3. Select Send to send your digital receipt.
  4. Your customer receives their receipt either via email or SMS.
