Once you've made your sale via the SELL screen, sending your customer a digital receipt via email or mobile number is easy. Here's how:

- Once you've processed your sale, on the last payment status pop-up, select Send receipt.
- Send your customer a digital receipt by either entering their email address, or their mobile number
...or by entering their mobile number.
- Select Send to send your digital receipt.
- Your customer receives their receipt either via email or SMS.
- Log into your Business Portal
- Select Sales And Refunds
- Select History
- Locate the transaction for which you'd like to send a receipt, click on this transaction
- Select Send receipt.
- Enter the customer's email address or phone number, and select Send receipt.
- A success message will display, indicating that your receipt has been sent succesfully.
