POS: How to add, or edit staff members

You can add and manage staff easy via the mobile app or on the Business Portal. Here's how:

  1. On the top left of your app, select Menu, then MANAGE MY STORE, and then STAFF.
  2. On the next screen, select ADD top right. 
  3. Enter your staff member first name, last name, email address and mobile number, and then choose the permissions you'd like to give the staff member.


    The preset options are as follows:
    • Staff Member
    • Supervisor
    • Manager
    • Administrator
    • Custom
  4. Once you've chosen the permissions, select Invite staff member.
