Adding and editing your Business details


The Business Details section allows you to add or change your business details, at any time from your Yoco App or Business Portal.

The business details that you can edit include your basic information, and your trading address:

Basic information

  • Your Trading Name
  • Your VAT Number
  • Your Telephone Number
  • Your Default Tax settings

Trading Address

  • Your Street address
  • Your Suburb
  • Your Building/Complex
  • Your City
  • Your Postal Code

 

Steps to add/edit via the Yoco App


  1. Open the Yoco App
  2. Select More from the navigation bar at the bottom
  3. Select Settings
  4. Select Business Details
  5. Add or edit your Basic Information and/or Trading Address, then select Save

     

 

Steps to add/edit via the Business Portal


  1. When logged into your Business Portal, select Business Settings from the menu.
  2. You can change the following information under the Details section:

  IMPORTANT: The address entered on your Yoco Profile will show on your customer's receipts
