Add or change your bank account details for payouts


You can easily add or edit your banking details at any time, via the Yoco App or the Yoco Business Portal.

Business Portal Yoco App

If you signed up as a Sole Proprietor


      1. When logged into your Business Portal, select Add a bank account on your complete setup tab  
      2. Select the correct checkbox:

        a. I own this account - this means the bank account is listed under your personal capacity

      3. You can add or edit the following information under the Bank Details section: 
        • Your Account Number
        • Your Institution
        • Your Account Type

If you are signing up on behalf of a registered business owner you will need to supply the following documents:

  • A Bank statement or Account Confirmation Letter: this must show the bank account details, including the owner of the account.
  • A Letter of Authority from the account holder giving you permission to sign up on behalf of the business, signed by the registered directors of the business.
  • Business Owners ID

Once you've provided or edited your bank details, and uploaded the necessary documents please click submit. We will review the information for security reasons.

If you signed up as a Registered Company


      1. When logged into your Business Portal, select Add bank account from the Complete setup tab.
      2. You can add or edit the following information under the Bank Details section: 
        • Your Account Number
        • Your Banking Institution
        • Your Account Type

If you are signing up using the personal banking of one of the directors please provide the following documents:

  • A Bank statement or Account Confirmation Letter, this must show the bank account details including the owner of the account.

  • A Letter of Authority from the Account holder, giving you permission to use their bank account for your Yoco payouts.

  • A Board Resolution from your Business, giving authority for your Yoco payouts to be paid into this bank account.

  • Copy of directors ID

Once you provided or edited your bank details, and uploaded the necessary documents please click submit. We will review the information for security reasons.

Once you have submitted your bank details, our team will run account holder verification checks and provide a response within 1 business day.
