You can send a customer receipt easily via your Business Portal. To process it, log into the Business Portal, click on Sales And Refunds, and then History. Once there, select the transaction you'd like to send a receipt for. A transaction detail panel will open from the right.
To send a receipt:
- Select Send receipt.
- Enter the customer's email address or phone number, and select Send receipt.
- A Receipt send to...... success message will display.
