PORTAL: Viewing your Yoco settlements


You can access a full detailed list of your Yoco settlements via the Business Portal.

To access your detailed settlements:


  1. Log into the Business Portal, click on Sales And Refunds, and then Settlements.
  2. On the My Settlements screen, at the top left, you'll see a block that displays your current outstanding settlement.
  3. Below that, you'll see a full list of your past settlements.
  4. If you'd like to view settlements for a specific period, you'll find a date picker to the right of the screen.
  5. If you'd like to export the settlements that you have filtered, select the Export button to export to a .csv file of your settlements.

  IMPORTANT: Yoco pays all funds transacted before 7pm into your account the following business day. As this is paid via EFT, please allow 24 - 48 hours for the funds to reflect in your bank account.
