Signing up vs. Logging in

When you first download the Yoco app you will be greeted by these two options:

  1. Sign Up
  2. Login

The correct selection for you depends on whether an application has been created for your card machine. Here are the main differences between the two:

Signing Up

If you select Sign up, this will prompt you to create a brand new account.

This option should only be selected if you need to create a new Yoco application, with a new bank account, contact details, and owner.


IMPORTANT: If you have purchased a card machine from another individual or business, follow our Transfer of Ownership guide here.  

Logging in

You can log in to Yoco via the Yoco App (Check out How to download the Yoco App here for iOS and here for Android or via the Yoco Business Portal.

If you have already completed an application, then you can simply log in. To login, please enter the same details that you used on your application:

  1. Email address
  2. Password
