Are you trying to log in? 


When you first download the Yoco app you will be greeted by two options:

  1. Sign Up
  2. Login

The correct selection, depends whether an application has been created for your reader.

Signing Up


If you select Sign up this will prompt you to create a brand new account.

This option should only be selected if you need to create a new Yoco application, with a new bank account, contact details and owner.

  IMPORTANT: If you have purchased the reader from another individual or business please check out our Transfer of Ownership article.

Logging in


If you have already completed an application then you can simply login. To login, please enter the following details that you used on your application:

  1. Email address
  2. Password
