No sensitive data is stored on our card readers, so if your card reader gets stolen, it won’t pose a major security issue.
IMPORTANT: If your card reader got lost or stolen, however, you should get in touch with us immediately. We'll deallocate the card reader from your account, so no one is able to use the card reader.
Unfortunately, we cannot replace the card reader if it is lost or stolen as per the terms and conditions which was sent to you when you signed up.
