Lost or Stolen Card Machine

No sensitive data is stored on our card machines, so if your card machine gets stolen, it won’t pose a major security risk.

  IMPORTANT:  If your card machine got lost or stolen, we can deallocate the card machine from your account, so no one is able to transact on the card machine. Please notify our support team of this via Live Chat directly from our website or help centre.

Unfortunately, we cannot replace the card machine if it is lost or stolen as per the terms and conditions which was sent to you when you signed up.

If you'd like to purchase a new card machine, you can do so through your Business Portal, or from one of our retail partner stores.
