Reset or change your Yoco password

Trying to log in, but can't remember your password? No problem! Here are the steps to resetting (or simply changing) your password on the Yoco app, or on the Business Portal. 

Reset your Password 

Business Portal Yoco App
  1. Go to the Business Portal login screen
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. You'll be prompted to reset your password by entering your email address, the same one you used when you first signed up with.
  4. Check your email inbox for an email from Yoco.
  5. Open the email and click the RESET MY PASSWORD button.Screen_Shot_2017-12-29_at_1.00.09_PM.png
  6. You'll be navigated to your default browser where you can reset your password. Choose and enter your new password, confirm the password, and then select Submit.
  7. When you receive the confirmation that your password has been changed, navigate back to the Yoco app, and log in with the new password.

Change your Password

Business Portal  Yoco App 
  1. When logged into your Business Portal, select "Profile" from the menu.
  2. Scroll down until you see Change Password
  3. Confirm your current password, enter a new password, and confirm your new password.
  4. Select "Submit".

  IMPORTANT: If you're the main Yoco account holder, and you've added staff members to your business, your staff will need to update their password on their own profiles.
