How do I reset or change my password?


You can either reset your password on your Yoco app or on your online Business Portal.

To reset your password


  1. Go to the Business Portal login screen
  2. Click on the Forgot password link.

  3. You'll be prompted to reset your password by entering your e-mail address registered to your Yoco Account. Follow the instructions on per the password reset email you receive.

OR

  1. When logged into your Business Portal, select Profile from the menu.
  2. Confirm your current password, enter your new password, confirm your new password, and then select Submit.

  IMPORTANT:  If you're the main Yoco account holder, and you've added staff members to your business, your staff will need to update their password on their own profiles.
