You can either reset your password on your Yoco app or on your online Business Portal.
To reset your password
- Go to the Business Portal login screen
- Click on the Forgot password link.
- You'll be prompted to reset your password by entering your e-mail address registered to your Yoco Account. Follow the instructions on per the password reset email you receive.
- When logged into your Business Portal, select Profile from the menu.
- Confirm your current password, enter your new password, confirm your new password, and then select Submit.
IMPORTANT: If you're the main Yoco account holder, and you've added staff members to your business, your staff will need to update their password on their own profiles.
