In order to use the Yoco App, you need to be connected to the internet. The most important thing is a stable internet connection to make sure no data gets "lost". You can connect to the internet through WiFi or through mobile internet (3G or above).

IMPORTANT: A stable internet connection is required to complete a transaction. If your connection is unstable your app will show a red bar along the top displaying Network request failed - please check your internet connection. If you're using WiFi, please check that the connection is stable. If you're using data, please check that you have data available and that activated on your device.
