POS: Changing your password

You can easily change your password from the login screen (if you've forgotten it), or from Settings when logged into the mobile apps.

Reset your password from login

  1. If you're trying to log in, but can't remember your password, select the Forgot your password? link at the bottom of the login screen.


  2. On the next screen, enter the email address or mobile number associated with your Yoco account. Then, select Reset my password.


  3. We'll mail you a password reset email. When you've received it, click the RESET MY PASSWORD link.


  4. You'll be navigated to your default browser where we'll prompt you to reset your password. Choose and enter your new password, confirm the password, and then select Set Password.
  5. When you receive the confirmation that your password has been changed, navigate back to the Yoco app, and log in with the new password.

  IMPORTANT: When resetting your password, please enter the email or mobile number associated with your Yoco account, or else we won't send you password reset instructions.

Change your password from settings

Sometimes, for security reason, or simply because you feel like it, you might want to change your password from Settings. Here's how:

  1. On the top left of your app, select Menu, then Settings, and then Change Password.
  2. To change your password, enter your current password, your new password, and then confirm your password. When done, select Save.


  3. When your password has been successfully updated, we'll display a Password successfully set confirmation.
