Delivery time frames: How long will my order take to arrive?


We use a variety of different delivery methods to make things convenient for you. You can get your Yoco card reader/s in the following ways:

Courier


When do you deliver? - CCD (National)

Our couriers will arrange a time slot to deliver on Monday to Friday between 08h00 - 17H00

   Main Centres: 1 hour time slot

   Outlying areas: 2 hour time slot

   Regional areas: 4 hour time slot

Please note that in order to receive your reader, the Yoco account holder needs to be present with their FICA; ID and Proof of Home Address so the courier can confirm their identity. If the documents are not available the delivery will have to be re-scheduled and the card reader will be returned to our office. All documents must be certified, if not, our courier can verify the documents if the original documents are present. 


Can you deliver after hours and on weekends?

Unfortunately not. If you urgently require a Saturday delivery we may be able to arrange a PickUp location dependant. Please note this will incur delivery charges and weekend deliveries are expensive. 


Can you deliver on public holidays?

Unfortunately not. 


How can I verify the courier?

CCD National deliveries: The courier will be using an unmarked motor vehicle for the appointment, be dressed in a uniform of gray and purple CCD shirt and black trousers and will carry a CCD Couriers identification card.


Pick up


How long will my order take to arrive?

  Pargo Collection

You'll receive an SMS when your reader is ready for collection. Please take your phone with the original SMS and your ID to verify your identity for collection. 

Delivery to the Pargo point is 3-7 working days dependant on location.

  IMPORTANT: Please note that for pickups we'll need you to mail your FICA documents to [email protected]. For more information about FICA please check out this article.

When do you deliver?

These delivery times are estimations, to find out a more accurate delivery time for your area, please get in touch with us.


Can you deliver on public holidays?

Unfortunately not. 


Can I collect my order from your office?

Absolutely! You're more than welcome to come to our offices and collect your order. We're based at 56 Shortmarket Street, Cape Town CBD; and 30 4th Ave (Shop 6), Parkhurst, Randburg, Johannesburg.
